Facility I : Raw Material, Sawmill, and Kiln Drying
Facility II: Component Production and Assembly – Precision Crafted
Facility III: Finishing Process and Packaging
Facility I:
Raw Material, Sawmill, and Kiln Drying
We partner directly with Indonesia’s state-owned Perum Perhutani, the premier forestry agency, to procure high-grade, sustainably sourced logs (kayu gelondongan) like teak, mahogany, and mindi
- Initial Processing: Logs are cut into workable blocks using precision sawmill equipment
- Quality Sorting, rigorously inspecting and grading each block (Grade A for premium, B and C for reliable standards) while prioritizing heartwood for superior stability
- Kiln Drying: Wood is a living material, and improper handling can lead to warping or cracking
Facility II:
Component Production and Assembly
In this facility, transformation of dry klined wood into intricate furniture components is guided by the hands of skilled artisans using precision-engineered tools
- Component Production: Treated wood is shaped into exact components—legs, panels, frames—using manual tools and human artistic
- Assembly Operation: Skilled craftsmen assemble these components into unified, sturdy forms
Facility III:
Finishing Process and Packaging
This is where we implement detailed finishing processes and ensure product integrity for safe delivery
- 6-Stage Finishing Steps: Raw sand → base color → fine sand → stain → top coat → QC scrutiny. Each layer is applied, dried, and inspected in-house. No shortcuts. No rushed batches
- Limited Palettes, Maximum Mastery: We could offer 100 custom colors. But we don’t. Why drown buyers in confusion? Instead, we perfect 6-8 signature finishes (for mahogany) and 4 core tones (for teak)—so delivery takes weeks, not months
- Final QA: No Pass, No Ship: Every piece undergoes stress testing, color matching, and flaw detection. If it fails, it’s remade—not shipped
- Quality Packaging: Ready to ship. Our expert team ensures furniture is packed safely, taking pride in the reliable lead times and robust delivery you count on.
